Yah, no need to get dramatic/frustrated/livid, it's great that you want everything perfect, but the flaws on this show are VERY minor, at least to this listener. It's a great countdown, so glad you decided to do it and hopefully will re-run it somewhere down the line.

What go through every cashbox chart or even single individual weekly chart on all 2500 songs. We got a spreadsheet that had all the songs chart info just like a whitburn book and that still took us months to do. There is no way in hell we could go through every single chart

Sorry to hear Sam. I think the top songs of 1982-1991 is a great listen even if it has errors. A lot of great songs a bunch of which just don't get played elsewhere. I wish you would reconsider but I respect whatever you decide.

I have to chime in. Doing this work on charts is a lot of work and even though I do it out of the love of music it is hard work and mistakes will happen. Even the major music trade magazine have mistakes. Everyone should just enjoy the countdowns and know they are pretty much 99.9% accurate. Anyway sorry to rant but I just think everyone should be a little less picky and just enjoy the countdowns

I try to get to 4-5 concerts a year and I try to see "classic" bands when they're nearby. I always find it funny that I always end up thinking "Wow, they still sound great" or "Boy, it's past time for them to hang it up". It's always one end of the spectrum or the other.

I saw Pat Benatar at a state festival in 2017. I was disappointed that she was only on stage for an hour. Granted it was free with admission, but the next year's concert was two hours.

Funny story about Stacy's Mom. I was at a pub trivia event once where this song was featured in the "who is the musical artist?" round. Pretty much everyone knew the answer but the host kept insisting everyone was wrong. It turned out she was played a cover version from some other band's album.
